	Wallace, thank you for providing such a thorough survey. The owners had commissioned a survey of their own on 9/28 for insurance purposes. They paid approximately the same for their survey by a so called Certified Marine Surveyor. We were given a copy by the owners. There is an incredible difference between the two surveys. His report ignored virtually every finding in your survey. The owners selected their surveyor based on a list provided by their insurance company. I would have thought that this surveyor would at least have found the safety issues. Gerry & Doris
